Drawn from the original 2 × 0.75 in Tirzepatide label template: same black medication rail, total chips, patient header, type sizes, safety margins, field placement, and QR. NAD+ and Glutathione place the drug name above the total amount, with the NAD+ name enlarged as requested. This revision removes the license number and the concentration rule on single-ingredient labels.
8ead5318d (October 9, 2026); live production differences are unverified because Google Cloud needs Cathryn to sign in. Lloyd’s 28-day-or-BUD wording, as relayed by Cathryn, is now shown on every vial proof. See the source and exception note. PR #2284 now carries the discard text for all 49 vials and maps their 2, 3, 5, 6, and 10 mL fills to one small label stock; it remains pending review and release. Storage text still missing is marked as a placeholder. The proof QR opens the Cloudflare destination preview; the production payload still expects ronanrx.com/ORDER-RECEIVED, which returns 404 until PR #2282 is released. Physical print, vial fit, and scanning remain unverified.2ml vial · 202105898

Every vial proof shows “DISCARD 28 DAYS AFTER FIRST PUNCTURE OR BUD, WHICHEVER IS EARLIER”. The USP <797> FAQ (questions 193–194) says a multiple-dose compounded sterile preparation cannot be used beyond its assigned BUD or 28 days after first puncture, whichever is sooner. FDA guidance gives the same 28-day limit after first use for compounded GLP-1 vials containing multiple doses. A BUD of 60, 90, 120, or 180 days is not an after-puncture instruction.
Use the exact line above across this proof set. It fits the small-label template.
If Lloyd identifies a single-dose vial or a formulation with a shorter in-use time, use its specific instruction and make a separate proof.
The 40 previously blank catalog rows were updated in PR #2284, which is not yet merged. Inactive Retatrutide listings also need regulatory review before any patient label. This page does not authorize production printing.
Enclomiphene is dispensed in count-based packs. A vial wrap would be the wrong package label. These 9 listings need a separate package proof:
These proofs use the editable Tirzepatide reference template as their geometry and style source. Its original QR encoded the homepage; the review proofs substitute the Cloudflare preview destination without moving the QR. The checkboxes save only in this browser; they do not send feedback or approve a label. Send Cathryn the item number, correction, and any print or scan observation.
